Thanks to your continued support, the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF) is entering its 10th year. On this memorable occasion, we are pleased to join hands with China Great Wall Coins Investments Ltd. To mark this commemorative occasion, we will be releasing the 2026 Chinese Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card at the 15th HKINF this December. This also marks the inaugural release of the Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card, limited to 3,000 pieces—a truly rare opportunity.
The show will last for three days, with two time slots available each day. Registrants may select only one session during the three-day period. Those wishing to purchase the 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card must submit an online application in advance. Online registration arrangements are as follows:
Daily Quota: 300 registrants
Registration Requirements: Eligible registrant must hold a Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, or Macau SAR Identity Card and are at least 18 years old or above
Purchase Quantity: 3 pieces per person on December 9; 2 pieces per person on December 10-11
Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards in the registrant’s name, or electronic payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe) accepted on-site. Hong Kong dollars only.
Application Period: 10:00 AM on November 28 to 5:00 PM on December 1
Quotas are not allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. After the application deadline, a draw will be conducted within one week to determine eligibility for purchase. Successful applicants will receive email confirmation shortly thereafter, and the list will also be published on our website for reference. Successful applicants may proceed to the HKINF venue to make purchases during the date and time slot specified in their email. Please note that an HKINF entrance ticket must be purchased upon entry. The following are the Terms and Conditions for the registration activity. Buyers who are interested in this sale campaign are encouraged to read them before the registration begins.
The products of this sales campaign are the 2026 Chinese Panda Precious Metal Commemorative Coin Hong Kong Card (hereinafter referred to as “2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card”), which will be sold on-site at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair, HKINF (hereinafter referred to as “the Fair”). The purchase rights can be applied for through prior registration. The organizer of the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), Eternity Numismatic Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), will process the registration applications and subsequent sales activities. Details are as follows:
- Eligible registrant must hold a Mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, or Macau SAR identity card and are at least 18 years old or above to participate in this sales campaign (as of the date of registration).
- Each registrant may only register once during the three-day registration period. Applications submitted cannot be modified or withdrawn. If multiple applications are submitted, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel all applications submitted by the registrant.
- Registrants are required to provide their full name in English as shown on the identity document, date of birth, identity card number (first four digits, including English letter if any), mobile phone number (last four digits), and email address, so that the Organizer can verify the identity of and contact the registrant.
- This form is applicable for registration application between December 9 to 11 (the date to purchase 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card on-site at the Fair). However, registrant may select only one time slot and must not make purchase on any date other than the date specified in the Lottery Results Confirmation email.
- For fairness, after the online registration deadline, should the Organizer receive applications exceeding 300 for any day of the Fair, the Organizer will use a computer lottery system to randomly draw 300 applicants for each day (successful applicants). The Organizer will conduct the lottery draw within 7 days of the online registration deadline and publish the lottery results online (hkinf.hk/panda-coins-lottery-results), then notify the selected registrants via email. The Organizer will not be responsible for any errors in email reception by registrants.
- Successful applicants will receive an email notification from the Organizer and must purchase the 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card in person at the Fair. Purchase rights are non-transferable, and the Organizer will not accept any proxy purchases under any circumstances. Please note that the purchase quantity per person is 3 pieces on December 9; while the purchase quantity per person is 2 pieces on December 10 and 11.
- The personal information collected in this sale will be used to verify identity during the sales campaign, and part of the information will be published when the Organizer announces the lottery results online.
- Successful applicants must attend the Fair on the designated date and time listed on the Lottery Results Confirmation email to purchase 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card, and bring and present (1) the original proof of identity used for registration; (2) Lottery Results Confirmation email (a printout of the email or a screenshot showing the registrant’s relevant information clearly). No re-purchase arrangement will be made after the deadline.
- Successful applicants can only pay for the purchase of 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card via cash, credit/debit cards held by the registrant personally, or electronic payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe). Should payment fail due to inability to use the specified methods or any other reason, the Successful applicants will forfeit the right to purchase the 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card. The relevant payment will be collected by the Organizer.
- Successful applicants are required to examine the 2026 Panda Silver Coins Hong Kong Card on the spot right after completing the purchase procedures at the Fair. Once they leave the sales counter, the Organizer will not be responsible for any issues related to the purchased items.
- In case of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final. The Organizer reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this sales campaign or amend any of its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- The selling price of the 2026 Panda Silver Coins Hong Kong Card is related to the international silver price. In the event of a significant change in the international silver price, the Organizer reserves the right to adjust the final on-site sales price.
- Successful applicants must first purchase an entrance ticket (30HKD for public) before they can enter the venue to purchase the 2026 Panda Silver Coin Hong Kong Card.
- The Organizer has an absolute right to deny any person entry to the venue without the necessity of giving any reason therefor or expel from the venue any person who fails to comply with the above terms and conditions.
