The 2026 Dragon Silver Coin will be sold on-site at the 16th Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF). Participants wishing to purchase the coin must first submit an online application. Registration details are as follows:
Daily Quota: 300 registrants (19/6); 400 registrants (20-21/6) (only to residents of Hong Kong and Macau aged 18 or older)
Purchase Quantity: 20 coins per person on June 19; 10 coins per person on June 20–21
Cash Price: $650/pc (The cash price is determined by the China Great Wall Coins)
Payment Methods: On-site payments accepted in Hong Kong dollars, credit / debit cards (the card must bear the registrant’s full name in English), or electronic payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe)
*Payment methods other than cash will be charged an additional 3% of the cash price.

Places are not allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. After the application period closes, eligibility for purchase will be determined by a random draw conducted in the presence of an auditor. Successful applicants will receive confirmation email within 10 days after the closing date of online registration, and the list will also be published on our website for public viewing (hkinf.hk/dragon-coins-lottery-results-june2026). Successful applicants may proceed to the HKINF venue to make purchases during the date and time slot specified in their email. Please note that an HKINF entrance ticket must be purchased upon entry.

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the registration activity. Buyers who are interested in this sale campaign are encouraged to read them before the registration begins.
本銷售活動的産品為2026版中國龍銀質紀念幣（以下簡稱“龍銀幣”），將在香港國際錢幣展銷會HKINF（以下簡稱“展會”）現場銷售，並以提前登記的方式申請購買權。香港國際錢幣展銷會HKINF主辦機構恆博錢鈔有限公司（以下簡稱“主辦機構”）將處理登記申請，詳情如下：
The products of this sales campaign are the 2026 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin (hereinafter referred to as “Dragon Silver Coin”), which will be sold on-site at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair, HKINF (hereinafter referred to as “the Fair”). The purchase rights can be applied for through prior registration. The organizer of the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), Eternity Numismatic Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), will process the registration applications. Details are as follows:
- 參加本銷售活動的登記人必須為年滿十八歲的港澳居民（持有香港特別行政區 / 澳門特別行政區身份證，並在登記日期當日年滿十八周歲）。Eligible registrant must hold a Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR identity card and are at least 18 years old or above to participate in this sales campaign (as of the date of registration).
- 每位登記人在三天的登記時間內僅可登記一次。已提交的申請，不允許修改或撤回。若有重覆提交申請，主辦機構有權取消登記人的所有申請。Each registrant may only register once during the three-day registration period. Applications submitted cannot be amended or withdrawn. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel all applications submitted by the same registrant if there are repeated applications.
- 登記人需在登記時提供身份證明上的英文全名、出生日期、身份證明號碼（首四位，包括英文字母（如有））及電郵，以便主辦機構核實登記人的身份和聯繫登記人。Registrants are required to provide their full name in English, date of birth, identity card number (first four digits, including English letter if any) as shown on the identity card, and email address, so that the Organizer can verify the identity of and contact the registrant.
- 申請表格僅用於 6 月 19 日 – 21 日的登記申請，登記人不得在中籤確認電郵所指定的日期以外購買。The application form is to be used only for applications for registration on 19th-21st June (the date to purchase Dragon Silver Coin on-site at the Fair). The registrant may not make a purchase on any date other than the date specified in the Lottery Results Confirmation email.
- 為公平起見，網上登記截止後，如有超額情况，主辦機構將在核數師或會計師的見證下以電腦隨機方式抽取每天的籌號（購買權），限每天300個（6 月 19 日）和400個（6 月 20 日 – 21 日）名額。主辦機構將在網上登記截止後的10天內以電郵方式通知各被抽中的登記人，並在網上公布抽籤結果（hkinf.hk/dragon-coins-lottery-results-june2026）。如登記人的電郵接收有誤，主辦機構概不負責。For fairness, after the online registration deadline, should the Organizer receives applications exceeding 300 (for 19 June) or 400 (for 20-21 June) for any day of the Fair, the Organizer will use a computer lottery system to randomly draw 300 applicants for each day (successful applicants) under the witness of an auditor or accountant. The Organizer will notify the successful applicants by email within 10 days after the closing date of online registration and publish the lottery results online (hkinf.hk/dragon-coins-lottery-results-june2026). The Organizer will not be responsible for any errors in email reception by registrants.
- 每位成功獲得購買權的登記人會收到由主辦機構發出的電郵通知，並必須親自到展會現場購買龍銀幣。購買權不得轉讓，主辦機構亦不接受任何情况下的代購。 每位成功獲得購買權的登記人限購原包裝的龍銀幣（五枚桶裝）最多20枚（6 月 19 日）或10枚（6 月 20 日 – 21 日），最終限購數量以網頁公佈為準。Successful applicants will receive an email notification from the Organizer and must purchase the coins in person at the Fair. The right to purchase is non-transferable and any substitute purchase under any circumstances is not accepted. Each successful registrant is limited to purchasing a maximum of 20 Dragon Silver Coins (on 19 June) or 10 Dragon Silver Coins (on 20-21 June) in their original packaging (five-coin barrels). The final purchase limit will be announced on the website.
- 本銷售活動所收集的客戶資料將在銷售過程中用作核實身份，並在主辦機構在網上公布抽籤結果時公布部分資料。The personal information collected in this sale will be used to verify identity during the sales campaign, and part of the information will be published when the Organizer announces the lottery results online.
- 成功獲得購買權的登記人必須按電郵通知上所列的指定日期和時段前往展會現場辦理購買龍銀幣的手續，並帶備和出示（1）登記使用的身份證明正本（2）通知成功獲得購買權的電郵（清晰顯示登記人相關資料的電郵紙質打印本或電話截圖）。逾時恕不設任何補購安排。Successful applicants must attend the Fair on the designated date and time listed on the Lottery Results Confirmation email to purchase Dragon Silver Coins, and bring and present (1) the original proof of identity used for registration; (2) Lottery Results Confirmation email (a printout of the email or a screenshot showing the registrant’s relevant information clearly). No re-purchase arrangement will be made after the deadline.
- 本次銷售活動僅接受登記人在展會現場以現金、登記人本人持有的信用卡或扣賬卡或電子支付（Alipay、WeChat Pay、PayMe）付款。如未能使用相應的支付方式或因任何原因導致支付失敗，登記人將失去龍銀幣的購買權。相關的款項將由主辦機構收取。Successful applicants can only pay for the purchase of Dragon Silver Coins via cash, credit/debit cards held by the registrant personally, or electronic payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay, PayMe). Should payment fail due to inability to use the specified methods or any other reason, the Successful applicants will forfeit the right to purchase the Dragon Silver Coins. The relevant payment will be collected by the Organizer.
- 在展會現場辦理購買手續後，請登記人當場檢查龍銀幣。一旦離開銷售櫃檯，主辦機構和中國長城公司對和購買龍銀幣相關的任何問題概不負責。Successful applicants are required to examine the Dragon Silver Coins on the spot right after completing the purchase procedures at the Fair. Once they leave the sales counter, the Organizer and China Great Wall Coins will not be responsible for any issues related to the purchased Dragon Silver Coins.
- 主辦機構有絕對權力拒絕任何人士進場而無須作出任何解釋或驅逐任何不遵守上述規則及條款的人士離場。The Organizer has an absolute right to deny any person entry to the venue without the necessity of giving any reason therefor or expel from the venue any person who fails to comply with the above terms and conditions.
- 中國長城公司是龍銀幣的海外總經銷商。如有任何爭議，中國長城公司保留隨時更改、暫停或取消本銷售活動或修訂其章則及條款的酌情權，毋須事先通知。China Great Wall Coins is the sole overseas distributor of the Dragon Silver Coins. In case of any dispute, the decision of China Great Wall Coins shall be final. China Great Wall Coins reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this sales campaign or amend any of its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- 主辦機構為中國長城公司委任的本銷售活動合作夥伴，並非龍銀幣及其任何部分的製作、鑄造或發行機構，亦非龍銀幣的供應商或經銷商。The Organizer is a partner appointed by China Great Wall Coins for this sales campaign and is not the manufacturer, minter or issuer of Dragon Silver Coins or any part thereof, nor is it the supplier or distributor thereof.
- 龍銀幣售價和國際銀價相關，如國際銀價出現大幅變化，中國長城公司保留調整最終現場銷售價格的權力。The selling price of the Dragon Silver Coin is related to the international silver price. In the event of a significant change in the international silver price, China Great Wall Coins reserves the right to adjust the final on-site sales price.

In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
