Book signing and paper money evaluations will occur at the companies’ HKINF booths: D12-D15.
Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®), Numismatic Conservation Services® (NCS®) and Paper Money Guaranty® (PMG®) will attend the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF) at The Mira Hotel, being held June 29 to July 1, 2018, in Hong Kong.
The companies will offer the following services at Booths D12-D15 in conjunction with this show:
Book signing at NGC Booth
King L. Chan, Leo Wang and Jerry Lin, the co-authors of “Gold & Silver Coins of China: Standard Catalogue, 1979-2017,” will sign copies of the new authoritative reference book at the NGC booth. The signing will take place on June 29 from 15:00 to 16:00 and June 30 from 11:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 16:00.
Free PMG Evaluations
Rick Stelzer, a PMG Grading Consultant, will be conducting free evaluations of paper money. Evaluations will be provided 10:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 17:00 on Friday, June 29 and Saturday, June 30.
To ensure that we help as many people as possible, there is a limit of 10 notes per person for the free evaluations. Evaluations are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: Because evaluations are performed in a show environment, as opposed to our standard grading environment (with proper lighting conditions and facilities), all opinions should be used only as a guide. The grading opinion may change after the notes are submitted and evaluated at our office.
Submit for NGC grading, NCS conservation and PMG expedited grading before the show opens at the lounge on the 3rd floor of the Mira Hotel. NGC, NCS and PMG representatives will be accepting submissions from 10:00 to 18:00 on June 27 and 28.
Submit for NGC grading, NCS conservation and PMG expedited grading at the companies’ booth.
All submissions received by NGC, NCS and PMG are shipped with insurance to the companies’ headquarters in the US for grading and, if requested, conservation. After grading, coins and notes are shipped with insurance to the companies’ Hong Kong office for pickup. All submissions must be picked up at the Hong Kong office.
PMG submissions will receive an expedited turnaround time of three weeks (not including shipping time).
Note: The turnaround time is approximate and not guaranteed. Submissions will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis and, in the event of extremely high demand, later submissions may require a longer turnaround time.
Representatives from NGC, NCS and PMG will also be available to answer questions and explain the benefits of NGC, NCS and PMG.
