Thanks to your continued support, the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF) is entering its 10th year. On this memorable occasion, we are pleased to join hands with China Great Wall Coins Investments Ltd. to offer 2025 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin on-site at the 14th HKINF.
The show will last for three days, with two time slots per day. Those who wish to purchase Dragon Coins must submit an online application in advance. Online registration arrangements are as follows:

Quotas are not available on a first-come-first-served basis and will be drawn in the presence of an auditor at the end of the application period. Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation and the list will be made available on the website for easy access. Successful applicants can go to HKINF (Crystal Ballroom, Holiday Inn Golden Mile, Tsim Sha Tsui) and purchase the entry tickets according to the date and time as shown in the email.

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the registration activity. Buyers who are interested in this sale campaign are encouraged to read them before the registration begins.
The products of this sales campaign are the 2025 Chinese Dragon Silver Bullion Coin (hereinafter referred to as “Dragon Silver Coin”), which will be sold on-site at the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair, HKINF (hereinafter referred to as “the Fair”). The purchase rights can be applied for through prior registration. The organizer of the Hong Kong International Numismatic Fair (HKINF), Eternity Numismatic Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”), will process the registration applications. Details are as follows:
- Eligible registrant must hold a Hong Kong SAR or Macau SAR identity card and are at least 18 years old or above to participate in this sales campaign (as of the date of registration).
- Each registrant may only register once during the three-day registration period. Applications submitted cannot be amended or withdrawn. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel all applications submitted by the same registrant if there are repeated applications.
- Registrants are required to provide their full name in English, date of birth, identity card number (first four digits, including English letter if any) as shown on the identity card, and email address, so that the Organizer can verify the identity of and contact the registrant.
- This form is to be used only for applications for registration on 20th June (the date to purchase Dragon Silver Coin on-site at the Fair). The registrant may not use the Lottery Results Confirmation email for the specified date on a date other than the specified date.
- For fairness, after the online registration deadline, should the Organizer receives applications exceeding 300 for any day of the Fair, the Organizer will use a computer lottery system to randomly draw 300 applicants for each day (successful applicants) under the witness of an auditor. The Organizer will notify the successful applicants by email within 7 days after the closing date of online registration and publish the lottery results online (hkinf.hk/dragon-coins-lottery-results). The Organizer will not be responsible for any errors in email reception by registrants.
- Successful applicants will receive an email notification from the Organizer and must purchase the coins in person at the Fair. The right to purchase is non-transferable and any substitute purchase under any circumstances is not accepted. Each successful applicant is limited to purchase 20 Dragon Silver Coins in original packaging.
- The personal information collected in this sale will be used to verify identity during the sales campaign, and part of the information will be published when the Organizer announces the lottery results online.
- Successful applicants must attend the Fair on the designated date and time listed on the Lottery Results Confirmation email to purchase Dragon Silver Coins, and bring and present (1) the original proof of identity used for registration; (2) Lottery Results Confirmation email (a printout of the email or a screenshot showing the registrant’s relevant information clearly). No re-purchase arrangement will be made after the deadline.
- Successful applicants can only pay for the purchase of Dragon Silver Coins with their own personal physical credit cards (only VISA, MASTER, UnionPay credit cards with the full English name of registrants printed on the card, referred to as “Approved Credit Cards”) at the Fair. If the Successful applicants fails to use the Approved Credit Cards or the payment fails for any reason, the Successful applicants will lose the right to purchase the Dragon Silver Coins. The relevant payment will be collected by the China Great Wall Coins Investments Ltd. (hereinafter referred as “China Great Wall Coins”).
- Successful applicants are required to examine the Dragon Silver Coins on the spot right after completing the purchase procedures at the Fair. Once they leave the sales counter, the Organizer and China Great Wall Coins will not be responsible for any issues related to the purchased Dragon Silver Coins.
- The Organizer has an absolute right to deny any person entry to the venue without the necessity of giving any reason therefor or expel from the venue any person who fails to comply with the above terms and conditions.
- China Great Wall Coins is the sole overseas distributor of the Dragon Silver Coins. In case of any dispute, the decision of China Great Wall Coins shall be final. China Great Wall Coins reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel this sales campaign or amend any of its Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
- The Organizer is a partner appointed by China Great Wall Coins for this sales campaign and is not the manufacturer, minter or issuer of Dragon Silver Coins or any part thereof, nor is it the supplier or distributor thereof.
- For fairness, employees of the Organizer and China Great Wall Coins are not permitted to participate in the application of this sales campaign.
- The selling price of the Dragon Silver Coin is related to the international silver price. In the event of a significant change in the international silver price, China Great Wall Coins reserves the right to adjust the final on-site sales price.
